Helmet air filter

The helmet air bag has three filter stages to achieve quality air according to EN 12021 (in combination with a suitable cooler / dryer).

The first (interception) filter captures emulsions and solids to 5 microns. The second (absorption) filter captures liquids and solids to 0.1 micron. With a residual oil content of 0.01 mg / m³, the compressed air is virtually 99.99% oil free after passing these filters.

Both filters have an automatic drain that drains moisture and oil as soon as the level is too high. The filters are also equipped with differential pressure indicators. These indicate the state of the filter elements so that they can be replaced in time.

The third (activated carbon) filter ensures that residual oil vapors and their odor are removed. This results in an oil residue of only 0.008 mg / m³.

The filter case is also equipped with a pressure reducing valve to set the correct amount of compressed air. The 500 l / min. model is suitable for two users and the 1000 l / min. model has four connections.
